How do I send my mate a drink?
You select the drink that you want to buy. Enter your email address (so that we can send you a receipt), enter your name (so that the person knows who the voucher is from) and enter your message (which will appear in the SMS voucher) and then pay. Your friend will be sent a SMS message which they can take to any participating venue to redeem for that drink.

When I send a drink does it cost the person that I am sending it to any money?
No. You cover the admin costs in the handling fee that you pay.

The handling fee covers the expense of sending the text message and our admin costs.

How long does the voucher last?
The voucher has a life span of one month from the day you send it.

I’m afraid that once the voucher has expired it cannot be used.

That decision will be up to the bar where you redeem the drink.

Why should I register with you?
There are a number of reasons why you should register with us.
Once registered you can resend vouchers.
You can see whether a voucher has been delivered to the phone and whether it has been redeemed yet.
When you buy a drink through HSBC we pre populate some of the information that you have to fill in with the data that you registered with.
We will also send you details of special offers on beer, wine and champagne.

How long does it take the voucher to arrive?
The SMS is sent the instant that you complete the transaction. You will need to check your account to see whether it has been delivered.

How does my friend redeem the voucher?
They take their mobile to any Corney & Barrow. Show the bartender their voucher and id number and the bar staff will serve the drink that you have bought them.

Can I resend the voucher?
Yes you can if you have an account. Simply login to your account, find the voucher and send it again (as long as it has not already been redeemed or has expired.)
